Extensive experience initiating and managing R&D projects through forging alliances between major universities, research centers, and domestic and international companies, including Strategic Planning, Business Planning Initiatives, Proposal Preparation, Contract, and Project Management.

• Recommend the strategic direction for technology development.
• We are establishing and executing the R&D project portfolio, including about 60 simultaneous research projects outsourced to various universities and research centers.
• Establishing a research network between academics and the oil & gas industry and, as a result, developing Iranian Universities and Research Centers' competence.
• Further, develop laboratories and test facilities.
• Implemented project control methodologies and principles for research projects
